Still a horse in form. I see no reason why he can't win a C4 mile hcp from 82. His best win was at 3/1, 4 runs ago, over the 8f at Nottingham at 80.
6:20 Myconian (33/1) is a sprinter who has won over 4 and 5f in France.
It's his 1st try on the AW. It's a 6f hcp. He's quick, plenty of early. Fit from a recent run. Luke Morris is aboard. 1st time visor. Blinkered again today.
Morris is good with these types of fast out of the trap runners. I'll take my chances at the silly odds on offer.
6:50 Invincible Speed (20/1) is arguably a 6/1 shot. The 20/1 offer is a reasonable betting opportunity. I am not especially impressed with the 5/4 fav Nemov.
Today's mark of 81 is a touch high, but not unearned. He's improved a stone this year.
This should be a bit easier than his last race. He has to improve a length or 2 to win. I think he may well do just that.
