Race Overview: In a fascinating race, Acapulco is selected ahead of Eastern Anthem and Broghill. The Aidan O'Brien-trained Acapulco looked good when winning on his Navan debut and, even though that win came on deep going, he has to be of enormous interest here. He faces some good opposition, though, including the Craven Stakes seventh Broghill, the Saeed Bin Suroor-trained Derby hope, Eastern Anthem, who won well on his Nottingham debut, the dual Italian winner, Lepido, who is now with Luca Cumani, and the Listed-placed Salford Mill. It all adds up to an interesting race, with the selection being Acapulco.
