Per my mug punter status I am looking to punt in every race and live it up large at the bar!



19:00 - mace racing at wolverhampton apprentice classified stakes (class 7)

An absolute nightmare to start off proceedings. Halfwaytoparadise doesn't win very often and Sion Hill doesn't string two decent performances together. I'm looking to punt Van Ruymbeke, Mis Chicaf or Ceris Star (depending on market) on the tote to very low stakes



19:30 - Sponsor A Race 0870 220 2442 Maiden Auction Stakes

I'll be close to the bar for this race!



Lady Rochbonne looks exposed in this company, Elijah Pepper is 0-18 in 2yo events, Kaystar Ridge trainer is 0-25 in 2yo events and his sire is 0-56 on the all weather. Looks like there may be value in either Offshore Star, Night Robe or Geezers Colours but the on course market will determine my punt on the nanny!



19:55 - Join WBX.COM For Free Football Shirt Handicap

8lbs between top and bottom weight so not too contentious. As the market is in line with my thoughts I might sit this race out! In order of preference the choices are (depending on the price) Carcinetto, Stonecrabstomorrow, Bobby Rose, First Order



20:25 - WBX.COM 25 Bet For New Accounts Handicap

The Cumani/Spencer combination of Evita looks too obvious. (However to cover myself I will be have a sneaky mug double on Evita and the other Cumani/Spencer partnership Arabiyah in the 8:55)



My two against the jolly in the race are Strong Survivor and Yes One



20:55 - Parade Restaurant Classified Stakes

Another nightmare race, Arabiyah will be popular with the punters, but in the context of this race opposable. Dropped in class Credential is my selection along with Lilac Moon. If the market speaks against Lilac Moon (her legs are reported to be dodgy) then it's Prince Noel



21:20 - Horizons Restaurant Handicap

The lucky last and hoping to be sloshed at this point in the evening. 10lbs between top and bottom weight so not too contentious. Inclined to leave this race alone though but will be monitoring Justcallmehandsome, Pelham Crescent and Blue Quiver. If the market becomes open I shall also consider a sneaky hail mary punt on Sir Bond

10/10 for the shortlisted horses, but 2/10 for my punting.. only had money on Ceris Star on the first which won (got 7/1 in the ring) for the other selections? Last minute changes of mind ensure a small loss on the night. I and Tooting had fun and I learnt a hell of a lot in our post race reviews .. in the bar..
