Race Overview: Tilapia gets the vote now stepped back up to a mile ahead of Giant Slalom and Mango Masher. The selection has been given four months off since a slightly disappointing run at Wolverhampton. Whilst he didn't get the clearest of runs that day, he never looked like winning and he will certainly need to bounce back. The extra furlong is in his favour and with his American pedigree he should handle the surface here. Giant Slalom made a very pleasing reappearance recently at Headquarters and should come on for that run. Starting quicker today he looks a live danger. Nota Liberata is still a maiden after 16 runs and therefore is readily opposed, whilst Majestic Chief looks average at best. Rich Lord has gone backwards since a winning debut over course and distance so needs to bounce back, so of more interest may be top weight Mango Masher. Charlie Egerton's Danehill Dancer colt was an expensive purchase and put in his best run last time out. He has plenty of potential now up to a mile off this mark of 71 so warrants respect. Tilapia remains the selection though now back up in trip.
