Race Overview: This looks best left to Sweet Gale, with My Mentor, Kyburg and Kunte Kinteh all possible improvers. On the bare evidence of her comeback third over a mile at Lingfield just over a fortnight ago, Sweet Gale has leading claims. She seemed not to last home at the Surrey track, and so this drop back in trip should suit, plus she will be that bit sharper now. The tongue-tie is left on to help Jeremy Noseda's filly, who will be a popular choice. My Mentor looks just the sort to do well when put into a handicap for the first time, while Kyburg looks as though she will follow the same route. Kunte Kinteh could easily improve after three quiet runs as a juvenile, and is one to keep on the right side of, but Sweet Gale is not highly tried here, and should prove to be the answer.
