Race Overview: Gold Digger Miss can make the most of the weight that she receives from Crystal Gazer and Joyful Tears, with Sensasse worth keeping an eye on. Gold Digger Miss may have been let in lightly for her handicap debut judged on her demolition job over the favourite Expensive Art at Southwell 17-days ago. That was over six furlongs, and having shaped with promise over today's distance on both previous outings, she should relish the step back up in trip. Crystal Gazer defied a near seven-month break to land a Lingfield handicap in April and connections may send her over to France this summer. She goes up a grade here, but along with the other three-year-old, the reappearing Joyful Tears, can make things tough for the older brigade, the best of whom may be Sensasse. Amanda Perrett's charge is surely better than she showed on her British debut at Lingfield, and will strip fitter. Gold Digger Miss is on the upgrade though, and with a good draw in stall eight to help, can follow up.
